I reset and restarted.
I'm now a level 10 newbie.. and I've notice some other folks around my level with filled up gears and lots of properties probably generating many millions.
How is this possible?  Please help this frustrated newbie out...

Those people are probably doing what is known as "camping".  They simply sit at that level, collect income and buy what they need.  Another way to do it is to use the "gifts" - i.e. use the passkeys to get the free gifts and then sell what you don't need.

Share your code on undeadspells.com and get codes from that site if you want to max and sell additional gifts.

Thanks for the reply Lion.
The gift you can get at this level is really cheap that you can only get 20k for every 10 you sell.
I've been doing this too but these folks I'm talking about only have about 100 or even less members, so they're definately not making $ out of gifts otherwise they'd end up with alot more members than 100-200.
I have 250members already and my income is barely at 6k.
If I were to start camping with 6k income without leveling It'll take me probably years until i start to make what they're making.

For example... Here's are the assets from a level 10 user I'm seeing right now.

hitman450    Lv. 10 Capitalis
114 Family Members
Health    Energy    Stamina    Attack    Defense
100    25          3            5           42
Fights Won    Fights Lost    Jobs    Crime Sprees
29                 1                 164          0
Collections    On List    Hired    Deaths
0                        0           0           0

And he has...
115 stuns guns(900k each with 280 upkeep) , 115 chain saws, 115 Pimped-out Escalade(600k each with 166 UK)

350 Empty Yards, 350 Shacks, 350 Hotdog stands, 100 Business Lots, 335 Gas Stations, 335 Jewelry Stores, 10 Downtown Blocks, 100 Garbage Co., 59 Teaser Bars, 59 Night Clubs, 59 Commercian Buildings, 5 Marina Squares, 59 Shopping Districts, 57 Roller Rinks, 57 Fantasy Resorts.

Considering one Fantasy Resorts alone is 50M, I really don't think he got all these stuff just from camping starting with just a few k's of income...

That is a lot of properties and I'm not going to go through the math of how long someone at lvl 10 has to camp prior to having enough cash to afford it all - but it obviously would take some time.  It's obvious that the money did not come from jobs (I don't think the jobs at that level pay that much) nor is it from attacks either by him or other players judging by those numbers.

Seems like it have to be from camping and if so, he's been at it for a long time.  Could be that he only logs on and banks or buys properties - he may have only downloaded the game for free RC's or whatever from one of the other AS games (of course I don't know why he would bother building up the account unless he was planning to eventually level up).

Also keep in mind that if he exchanges passkeys he not only can sell of extra's but also sell off the kickbacks and increase money - although that may only account for a small amount.

I just messaged bunch of people with high cash flow asking what their secrets are.
One of the replied to me that he's been camping for 2 weeks.
There's just no way he can make that much cash camping for 2 weeks so I'm thinking he's lying.
Bounty hunting is only allowed from level 15 or so... so it's not that they were getting help from other high level players.

I think I'm going to start camping from now on and see how long it takes to get few millions/50min.
I might level a few just so I can at least do some bounties.

You may be surprised!  I know when I restarted my UL character I did camp and bought a bunch of small props and waited before leveling and then camped some more in the 20's - but I don't camp like most - I'm just too impatient!  Grin

I suppose it can done - I mean if you're investing the money in props you cash flow gets bigger and bigger and then you just keep buying props. It would be interesting to see how much you can actually build up your cash flow in 2 weeks with buying properties and re-investing income.

Hey. I'm a level 34 or something making like 7 bill/hourly. The trick was to attack those cash cows on the snitch list before the update hit that nerfed the money system. I don't think this method is possible. Unless, you actually camp for a few months and slaving to increase ur total incime by a few thousands/millions, you will never catch up to those who did this tactic before.

The example given only has 29 fights won - so unless he knew ahead of time who the cash cow(s) were it would seem he has to have been camping for some extended period of time.  But I'd agree and say if some have been around prior to July they could have been hitting cows to earn income on top of what they were already receiving.

Yep. If you spend like 5 minutes searchig thru the people who did the most missions, you would easily find 4-5 cows. The somewhat hard part was actually attacking them and getting a few billion off them, but that was how you would do it. (i believe i had 100 of each properties up until level 22ish. Even at level 10, i had more income/50 minutes than the one listed as an example on top lol.)
