do i find a friend , get them to attack you , then you put them on the bounty boards and i kill them for said bounty?

You need to make a friend at your level who you can beat..

Then that friend will have to atk all the ones you want to donate..  As long as their attack is on our 10 recent attk list we will be able to bounty them..

Then when we are done adding to it you collect the bounty. .

If you really want to accept some donations..

I would advise msging only with those people who are on the bounty list.. they are more likely to play more often and not be abandoned accounts..

For the bounty U just collected.. Check your oubox.. It will have a message that says.. "You collected bounty on.." Whoever you were sending the message to was who posted the bounty. Message the person you collected and tell them who posted them! This is usually a way to make friends.. People start to appreciate it when you tell them who bountied them..

It would also be good if you can find someone on the bounty list who says in their slogan that they will heal for you.. There probably wont be one but thats the type of person to wach for since they will give you bounties..

As you get further on, not much further on, the one-time/part-time players start thinning out and the rational gamers are easier to find. You'll find people actively trying to be "most hated gang", too, which is fun.  They love being listed.
