We're dealing with a pretty malicious spammer here.

Mods, I'm gonna need a little help with these guys....

Alright, just finished.

36 members banned/ 36 posts removed.

42 yesterday.

I've sent an email to MAtt to see what tools are available for account verification by admins/mods.

MEMBERS: Be sure to report any spammers as soon as you see them so we can ban them and delete their threads.

Don't report ALL of the posts tho... Just the one on top... Cause otherwise my email would be spammed as well with reports! lol

I just got rid of about 20 threads.. and banned about 15 members..

@Azulal I got the PM in my mailbaox as well.. did you send it to me by accident or as a copy to let me know?

I think we should defineatley have a verification of a member before you can post... It would solve alll our problems.. we would still have alot of member confirmations to deny but it would be more orderly..

I have changed the rules of the forum.. "Newbies" cant post anywhere other than in "Suggestions".. This way we can direct the spam traffic so we can help fix the short term problem!
This will not effect anyone other than newbies.. We all have our usual access..

@Azula what happens when you delete a forum section? We could make a forum speifically for their spam and just every day or so delete it then make a new one.. I havnt tested it yet tho so Im not sure if it will let me!

I saw that last night (2 nights ago), that was wicked mega stupid retarded. Worst kind of spam around aside from the stuff at the supermarket.
